Forms Don't open on XP

I am running an Access Application on a Windows XP
platform. The application runs on Windows 2000 Pro. It
also runs on some XP Pro platforms but not others.
The problem is that some forms won't load. I get an
outline but not the form. Has anyone else experienced this?
Could it be a lack of memory?
