Forms error message

When trying to change the design of a form, the following
error message comes up:

"The form name 'Form1' is misspelled or refers to a form
that doesn't exist."

The problem is that there is no Form 2 listed in the
database. When I look at a list of objects in VB this
form is listed but I can not delete it.

I have searched the knowledge base for help with this
message but there are no articles.

Another problem has started since the above error message
has appeared, and that is when I try to
perform any function in the database the error
message "Module not found" appears.

Does anyone have any idea what is happening?

My apology, typo when I wrote Form 2, I meant Form 1.
