forms filters

hello,
I have a sheet imported form excel, named "data"; here the column:
w2cose, w2ctr, w2core,, w2dcom, w2ggina, w2ggouta, abest, w2ucote, Ore
lavorate, oltre_le_8, HF, serata

I've created a form with a subform of DATA.
I'd need a form or an inputbox to filter the subform DATA and when I've fill
in the values(text), the subform is filtered after a click of "button1"
Usually I need of 12 different boxes like filters for the subform.

I can't solve this question. can you help me please???
