Forms FROM a public folder

I have designed several forms as .oft files. They are customizations of the
appointment base form.

These work well for people to request meetings from their personal profiles.
What I want to do is have peope request FROM a public/shared account.

New meeting requests default as from each individuals account. There is no
'from' field as you can get on emails. Same behavior is seen with custom
forms based on appointments.

The only way I can get an appointment from the shared calendar is to
highlight the time slot in the public calendar, right click, and request.
This also does not allow me to use my custom form.

so.....is there a way to ues a form from a public folder. Perhaps with a
script? Any ideas are VERY welcome.

Hi Matt,

If you publish the form in the organizational forms Library and then
rightclick on the map on the server. Choose Forms and Handle, and install the
form.
When you choose new in the specified folder your published form will show.
