Forms - hyperlinks

I have devloped a form - in 3 columns of the table on the
form I am using drop-down boxes - which only worked when
the form is LOCKED. In the fourth column of the form is
a list of words and I want to use hyperlinks on each of
the words to jump to the definition of each word
(separate files). The hyperlinks only work when the form
is UNLOCKED. Has anyone found a solution to this? Any
ideas?
