We use custom calendar appointments in our Public Folders for reserving
conference rooms. For 3 of our conference rooms, I used the Folder Assistant
to create a rule. The condition I would like is when the appointment is
accepted by a particular user, it forwards the appointment to 3 groups. I
tried and have been unsuccessful. The Moderated folder option is not an
option in our enviornment because although the appointment has not be
aproved, the "tentative appointment" needs to show on the calendar.
