Forms not displaying when testing

Hi,

I have read every single post and thread about forms not displaying. There
is no real example of making sure a compose and read layout exist. Can
someone please help. A simple example would be much appreciated.

I don't know what you're looking for in terms of an example. In form design
mode, you can use the Edit Compose Layout and Edit Read Layout buttons to
see what's there.

Sue,

After i posted, i felt like an idiot. For some reason i just missed the
read layout view altogether. So, i'm good to go on that issue.

If you could help me with one more that would be great. I noticed that when
i go to print preview while running a form, the only option for prining is
memo format This is not going to work for what i'm trying to accomplish. I
want other users to be able to print the form as it appears on their email,
for file keeping purposes.

Can this be accomplished?

the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word
template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
