Forms not printing in 2003 – XP Operating System

When we upgraded to Office 2003 the Outlook Forms created with prior software
would not print. This was corrected when we applied a GPO that enabled the
“Allow script in Public Folders†in Advanced Options.

We have now started upgrading our XP Operating System to SP2. Again we are
having problems printing our forms. The systems receiving SP2 for XP are
working OK, but the systems that have SP1 are now unable to print the forms.

We are unable to upgrade all of our systems to SP2 until we can test our
existing applications and tweak them as needed.

Any help would be appreciated.
