Forms not valid

I get this message when I click on a web page email link C:\Documents and Settings\owner\local settings\application data\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT is not valid. Contact your administrator.

How do I correct this. Thank you

I think you'll have more chance of an answer by posting this to the relevant
web browser news group.

Are you using Windows 2000 or XP? If so, then you need to
have administrative rights to avoid getting this message.
