Forms not working with IIS 6.0

J

Jim Carroll

I just migrated a FrontPage site from Win2000 Server and IIS 5 to a new
Win2003 Server with IIS 6.0.

Everything is working fine. Most of the site uses data from Access 2000
databases.

The problem is that Form pages are not writing data to the database. No
error message is returned.... just no data is written. I've checked the
Front Page extensions and even reinstalled them. They seem to check out OK.

Any clues?

Thanks.

Jim

Have you configured the FP extensions and set the permissions under Windows for the
IUSER_machinename account. By default things that worked under Windows 2000 server that are consider
risky are disabled under Windows 2003 server. You will need to post to the Windows 2003 server
newsgroup.
