I am trying to make a form or template for our Purchasing Agent for
expediting order. I want a simple fill in the blank form/template that the
purchasing agent can fill in the Purchase order number, Scheduled Date of
shipment and requested shipment date. The reciepent would then fill in the a
different set of information such as Confirmed Ship Date and Scheduled Ship
Date.
I made a form but when i fill in the blanks and send it the information is
erased when the receipient receives the email and vice versa.
How do I make this work?
