Forms - page break

I would like to insert page breaks into a form that is
used for data entry into two linked tables. When I
follow the Access 2003 help directions, the page breaks
are inserted but the data in form view is not displayed
on seperate pages. Can someone help me figure out what
the problem may be? I'm sure it's something simple.
