Forms printing date/time

A custom form, when printed, always shows the date/time together for my date
fields....unless the time entered is midnight. Then it just shows the date.
How can I always make it print the time along with the date?

You can't change any of Outlook's default print behavior. The only solution
would be to write your own print routine. I recommend using Word as the
print engine.
