Hello everybody,

I am French so please, excuse me for the language mistakes.

I have created a form in outlook 2003 based on the appointment form already
install in outlook.

Everything is ok without when I print it. I would like it to be printed like
I see on screen or, if it is not possible, in better shape that it is now.

Does somebody can help me?

There is a wysiwyg (What you see is what you get) print control, but I am not
sure it works well on every form. Take a look at the following page, which
appeared in the results set when I searched using wysiwyg:

Printing Custom Microsoft Outlook Forms and Reports 5/10/2006
Techniques for printing custom reports from Microsoft Outlook, including copy
and paste to Excel, saved searches, third-party tools, and custom code

English lesson: Everything is ok except when I print it.

Can anybody help me?

I would like to have some information concerning ActiveX Control Xprint.

I am not sure to understand. Is it possible to use it only for 1 formular
(mine) or do I have to use it as soon as it is installed for all the one
from outllok (Mail, appointment, notes, phone call...)

Thank you

Yohann

Go to the Microsoft site and see what they have there. I do not have any
direct experience with the control, myself.

As far as I understand from the writeup at outlookcode.com, you get the
control only on the form you put it on. However, the control also installs
as an Add-in, and if you enable the add-in in the Outlook Add-In manager,
then you can use it with other forms. Just like any other add-in.

The page mentions that, when the add-in is enabled, then it captures the
print dialog for its own use, and you are not able to print using the Memo
Style, for instance. To recover access to Memo Style printing, you would
have to disable the Add-in in the Add-in Manager. That is how the Add-ins
are usually controlled.

However, if after you install it, and enable the add-in in the Add-in
Manager, your computer extrudes a blood-receiving receptacle and chants
"Feed Me! Feed Me! FEEED MEEE!!!", Then I would make no move towards the
Add-In Manager. Instead, sidle slowly out of the room, and cut off the
power from the fuse-box, where the computer can't see what you are doing.
Don't ever power up the box again. We have come a long way since "2001",
and you can never be too careful when computers begin to act uppity.
