Forms problem

I previously created a website that included multiple forms. I published
this site under the root directory under Inetpub\wwwroot on my PC. When
setting up my new PC, I decided to create subwebs under the root & published
the website under a subweb instead of directly under the root directory. Now
when I click on the submit button I receive:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

I have checked the application event log & there is no errors listed. I
also created a new form & placed it directly under the root & it works fine.
What can I do to get my old website to work under a subweb versus under the
root directory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry..forgot to mention that I was using Frontpage 2003 & I do have
Frontpage Server Extensions 2002 installed.

Did you apply the extensions to the subwebs??

Each subweb needs it's own set.

No I did not, could you please tell me how to do this. I am new to managing
websites & this is the first time I have used subwebs.

Actually, I was just told it's not necessary, but it's something I've always done.
So it might be worth a short.
Right click My Computer and select Manage.
Scroll down to Default Web site and click the plus sign.
Right click the folder for your subweb, scroll to "All tasks"
and select Check server extensions


Or you can click on Default web and simply create a new server extensions web and try
publishing to it.

Confirm you are Not publishing to a disc based web at say
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot or C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\subwebname
But to a FP SE server based web at
http://localhost/ or http://localhost/subwebname/

Thanks for the quick response Steve. I did try that and no luck. I was
wondering if it could have something to do with the permissions that are set

No I am not publishing to a disc based web. When I view my website, I type
http://wchd-pc-65/training

Thanks for the help! It turned out to be a Permissions problem. The problem
was fixed by adding the Everyone group to the Security tab in the folders
properties and giving them Full Control.

Hope this helps anyone else who may be having the same problem.
