Hello

Can anybody tell me the difference between Forms Server 2007 and
Sharepoint 2007 Forms Services???

Forms Services is built in with Sharepoint 2007 with which we can open
the infopath forms in the browser.

Hi Ahuja,

The Basic difference in relation to Infopath is Forms Server 2007 allows the
infopath forms to be opened in the Web browser in the systems where the
Infopath is not installed. Users can still be able to open the form and edit
them in the Web browser. Forms server 2007 helps enterprises centralize
control and management of electronic forms via a common Web interface.

There is lot of Information on the MSDN site which you can learn to know
more about it.

I'd like to clarify this answer a little bit (I'm the MS technical writer for
Office Forms Server and Forms Services).

Forms Services (included in MOSS) and Office Forms Server both allow
browser-compatible form templates to be opened in a Web browser. There is no
difference in functionality, as far as forms are concerned, between the two
products. However, Forms Server does not include many of the functions
present in Office Server, such as Enterprise Content Management, Excel
Services, and Search. Forms Server is specifically for organizations who want
to provide browser-enabled forms without paying for other services that they
have no plans to use.

I hope this helps.
