Hi Minesh,
Before we take the further actions, please let me know if you are using
Internet Explorer 7.0 and Groove 3.x on the computers.
Let me explain this issue to you: This is a known issue in Groove 3.x and IE
7. Internet Explorer 7 is a new generation of Microsoft Internet Explorer and
there are many functions have been updated or re-designed for IE7. So up to
now, the Groove 3.x does not completely compatible with this version of IE.
However, based on my further test, the Groove 2007 can be used well with
Internet Explorer 7.
If you are using IE7 on the computer, let's revert to Internet Explorer 6.0
to test the issue. What is the result?
To uninstall a previous beta version of Internet Explorer 7 and return to
Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP:
1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7
beta that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove" to remove it.
Restart your computer. Is this issue resolved?
