Forms - Specific Column Protection

L

Lomalta

I have a two column table. I need column 1 to be a section that the user can
insert a picture in and column 2 to be protected from any types of edits.

I've tried to put in a section break for column 1 but it puts the section
break before the table. When I protect the document, I can insert a picture
into column 1 but i can still make edits to column 2.

I've tried the "No Changes (Read Only)" restrictions from "Editing
Restrictions" but this also doesn't protect my column 2.

Which version of Word will be used with this document?

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TG9tYWx0YQ==?=,
Word 2003
OK, this approach should work for you. At least, I just tested it and it did work
for me.

-No section breaks!

- Select the first column, then activate the checkbox "Everyone" below where you
see "No changes (Read only)". Then click on the button to start enforcing
protection.
