Forms, SubForms & Relationships

I am having the most trouble understanding how to get my relationships right
in order to use the Form Wizard to create a form and SubForm that are linked.
I have done the training available on the Microsoft site

The relationships among your tables are dependant on your domain. If you'll
post a list of the tables you are using, the kinds of data you are storing
in those tables, and the relationships you believe exist among those tables,
the newsgroup readers should be able to offer their observations...
