It should _not_ have anything to do with using or not using a table to set
up your form. Using a table or not is a matter of how you want your form to
look, not whether it can be used as a form. When you say it won't allow your
form to be used, what do you mean? What do you do to try to use the form?
What does Word do that causes problems?
