Forms that require the domain permission level contain features that access information on a network

Hi,

I've generated an .xsn from my InfoPath form template, but when i open it, i
get the message "Forms that require the domain permission level contain
features that access information on a network, such as data connections,
linked images, and code."

I am using CABARC.exe to generate the xsn ....

How do I fix this error??

Does the template need to be signed, and if so which utility do I need to
use for this?

p.s. I know I can use the "Publish" utility to get around this issue but I
am trying to automate the installation of the forms ....
