Forms tool -> copy between workspaces

Is it possible to copy records/data from one instance of a forms tool
"A" in workspace "A" to another instance of the same forms tool "B" in
a differenct workspace "B"?

Hi John -

Yes, there are a few different ways of achieving this:

1: do it manually using the File | Export and File | Import commands in the
files tool.

2: if you have the skills available, you can write programming code using
Groove Web Services to achieve what you want.

Note, my company specialises in this kind of work and we have tools to make
it much easier and quicker than doing it yourself.
