Forms Toolbar + Control Toolbox fields same table?

I need to use the radio buttons from the Control Toolbar and want to
use the Forms toolbar for the text fields, checkboxes and dropdowns.

I've learned I have to make section breaks to make the Control buttons
work, after protect / save / reopen.

Within a table, section breaks split the table up -- you cannot use
section breaks within a table. This is a long complex form, not
created by me, I'm just injecting fields.


Is there any work around so I can use radio buttons within a table w/
Forms fields? What would you do in this case?
