Forms visible in Outlook IMAP Profile?

I have a user who need to be able to view our corporate forms in Outlook
2003 IMAP profile. Currently whenever they are sent a form from an Exchange
user it simply shows the subject and not the full form. I have tried
installing the form on their local copy of Outlook, but it doesn't seem to
help. The IMAP user can send the installed form to an Outlook user who can
view it correctly in an Exchange profile, they just can view the forms sent
to them. Is it possible??

I found my answer.

I'd have to change the behavior of POP/IMAP Virtual Server to only send as
RTF, however non-Outlook clients wouldn't work correctly. The user would get
a blank message with a winmail.dat file.
