Forms with Pictures load faster

I have a form that I just added a picture to but it takes
such a long time to load the page and sort it and preform
commands like that. The pictures are bound OLE object
that is linked. Is there any way to make it go faster

It is generally best to store the image in a folder and store only the
address of the image in a text field. OLE objects cause *much* db
bloating. You don't mention what type of image, however IME bmp and
wmf load the fastest.
