There really isn't a good basic tutorial for this. Without the FP Server
Extensions, you are forced to use a different technology to handle the form
data. Your host will have a certain set of technologies available, such as
different types of server-side languages. They may even already have a form
handler script you could use. If they don't, finding out which technologies
they support will let you know where to go to find an existing script to
handle the data, or to determine how to write it yourself.
