Forms Wizard Error

I don't know what happened, but I now cannot utilize the
Forms or Reports wizards without receiving the following
message: "Application-defined or object-defined error"
and it will not let me to continue. This happens with
ALL databases. I created a NEW database with 1 table and
1 query and it still happened. I can only find
references to this error with VB scripts, but there is
nothing in these databases??? I have uninstalled Office,
reinstalled, installed the SR3, tried everything I could
think of ...

PLEASE HELP !!...
