Help shows: Create a form by using the Form Page Wizard
In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
On the File menu, click New.
In the New task pane (task pane: A window within an Office application that
provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use
these commands while still working on your files.), under New page, click
More page templates.
On the General tab, click Form Page Wizard, and then click OK.
BUT, Form Page Wizard is not there. How do I get it to appear?
