We just migrated all of our contact information from ACT2005 to Outlook. In
ACT there was a feature that generated the contact information into a
pre-designed template (ie. Fax). Are you able to do something like that in
Outlook? I know I can create a letter with the contacts information, but I
would like to be able to select Create a fax and the information is generated
directly into the form.
