I have been asked to create a form in Outlook that can be used as a telephone
message. I have created the form in Tasks, with all the custom fields that I
need. However, this message will be sent to a young lady in another part of
the office, used to pull the patient's medical record, and then be completed
by the nurse/physician. I want to print it with my fields intact, but the
only option I can find is the memo style print option. Even if I try to
modify it, I don't have the options to keep the fields.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
