On the Web Design FAQ often referred by David B. from www.publishermvps.com;
it gives three requirements for a form to work properly. I don't know how to
do the third--'the form properties must be properly configured on the Submit
button control'. How?

Right click the control and select Form Properties, fill in the properties.
