I have set up a form and followed the directions from

I am getting closer to getting my form to work, but now when the form is
submitted I get redirected to a random domain web page and the email never
gets to my inbox. what should I do?

Okay now it seems to be working, I dont know what changed. But the email I
get from the form is pretty scrambled and I dont think I have all of the info
boxes. Any Ideas?

Reset the tab order in your form as per the directions at the bottom of the
article you quoted by David Bartosik, and your info will be reported to you
in order.
