FORMS

I am creating a fill-in form to be used at work. I have
the form created, but when you enter your name or any
other information on the form in the text box the
underlines that were on the form keep extending and wrap
to a new line.

Is there anyway to create a form that when you fill in
your name etc. it will only fill in you name and not wrap
to a new line because of the extension of charters add by
inserting you name?

I hope this questions makes sense.

Thank you.

Layout the form, and create it in a table. If you produce your
underlines as bottom borders, in those cells of the table that contain
your form-fields, the lines will not move when you fill them in
on-line. You can format the fields for text, various number formats,
dates, and can create pre- loaded drop down lists. Make sure you lock,
or protect the form before it is put to use.
