[Confused]

I know this question has been asked several times and the same answer has
been given but here goes: I created a form and put tables in the form where I
can so those text boxes stay fixed. But there are places I can not create a
table so the question is: How do I fix the text boxes without having them in
a table? Is there a way or not?
