Forms

I am new to this site, and would like some suggestions on creating a form in Word. I have designed the form and entered test information, which seems to work. My problem is printing. I cannot print the form without first unlocking it....is this standard. If other people use the same form and must unlock it before printing, the design could be changed.

Hi Marie,

No, that is not standard. How are you trying to print the form?

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

Forms normally print just fine while protected or locked. Check your print
options to make sure that you don't have it set to print data only. Look up
"online form" in Word's help.
