I have created a form that submits the results to a access database. I have
another page that I can pull certain information that I want from the
database based on a certain piece of information.

My next question is, the original form that I have created may need to be
filled in at two or three different times.
For example the first time the form is used I may only have the First and
Last name of a customer and address but I will need to add the phone number
at a later time. Is there a way to go back and pull up the information based
on a customer number and fill in the missing information and update the
original entry?
