Forms

I created a template in Word using the forms toolbar. I inserted text boxes
and check boxes and tables. I sent out to my field and they are unable to
use the text boxes and check boxes when unlocked and can't enter information
in the tables when locked. What did I do wrong?

You may have used controls and not form tools..? I don't know but it does
happen. This happens when you insert text boxes and controls from the
"controls" toolbar and not the "forms" toolbar
