i made 5 different table and i want to include all these
5 table in only one forms.

Is there a way and if there please help me

Create 5 new forms, one for each table. Then create a
sixth new form (this one will display the results of all
the rest). In design view of this form, make the window
small enough to view the main database window behind it.
Click, drag, and drop each of the 5 forms onto the layout
grid. For organizational purposes, I often use a tab
control when displaying multiple tables. One tab for each
table. HTH,
