Does anyone know if you can add a table to a query that
feeds a form. I have 3 tables in a query and the form I
created has 3 tabs. Each tab contains the data within
each table. I need to add another table and form. Any
suggestions?

Is there a way to create multiple tabs on a form that
refer back to multiple tables / queries?

Any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

Use subforms. Create a separate subform for each table. Put each subform
on a different tab.
