I am trying to place a button on my forms to close the form but the button
wizard is not working. It worked for me previously. Maybe I have turned
something off without knowing it. Any suggestions?

Yep i guess you've turned off the 'magic wand' in the toolbox. Goto the
toolbox and look for the button with the magic stick. Click on it once and
you should be up and running again with the wizards...
