I am using a database to track the location and
maintenance status of equipment.
I have a form that links maintenance specifications to
each particular record number by assigning the control
source of the text box to a column in the Assets table.
What I need to have, is an "archive" of the data from the
maintenance form that will be automatically numbered, and
that can be looked at, printed, but not manipulated once
the data has been saved.
I am a really newcomer to the Access database world, and
am not a programmer. Is there a simple way to accomplish
this, or do I need a class in C++?
