Formula Appears to Calculate Incorrectly

I have a rather larget XL workbook with 1,000+ formulas
and a few links. I opened the workbook using XL2000-SP3,
opted not to update links, and inserted a column (col AT).
Then using relative references in the empty column (col
AT) I entered a simple formula dividing one cell by
another (=AS10/AR10). That result is correct. However,
when I copy that formula down column AT, every row
displays the same result which is incorrect. Coworkers
opened the same workbook using XL2000 and XL2003, and the
results appear to be correct.
Anyone have an idea?

Does something happen when you press F9 ? Ensure that calculation is set to Automatic
(Tools > Options menu).

Thanks guys. I was able to duplicate the problem on a
couple of machines which tells me there is a problem with
the workbook - not Excel.
