Formula Assistance

I have the following table setup.

C1 C2 C3 C4 C5 C6 C7 C8
ICE KCITY UP
ICE STPAU CPRS NWSTR SRY
ICE CHGO CPRS
ICE CHGO CPRS WHALL CLP RUTLA VTR



I want to put a formula in column C* that select the data in the column
farthest to the right.

For example the results in C* would be as follows:

Row 1 : UP
Row 2 SRY
Row 3 CPRS
ROW 4 VTR

I know I could use various IF statements, but was wondering if there is an
easier way.
