Formula bars hide close button

My three formula bars hide the red and green buttons for closing a file
or enlarging it.
What should I do?

If it's only one workbook window, use Window/Arrange to resize your
window.

If it's all workbook windows, your toolbars have probably become
undocked. Try nudging them back into position with the drag handle.

It sounds like your tool bars are not docked. Move them a little to make
sure they are docked at the screen top, and not floating. Then use
Window-Arrange to move your workbook down.
