Formula Builder resizing is broken (bug)

The Formula Builder in Office 2008 can be made MUCH bigger than the screen, making it unusable. I can't find a way to resize the formula builder to make it small again – *not without deleting preferences*.

The problem is that the grabber in Formula Builder doesn't work properly.

How to recreate the bug (warning - don't do it if you don't know how to reset preferences!!!):

If you (1) drag the grabber UP (until the window is really small), and (2) continue to drag to the top of the screen, then (3) drag the grabber DOWN to the bottom of the screen, you'll result in a formula builder looking like this:

This effectively makes the formula builder unusable, and appears to me as a bug...

How can I submit this as a bug report?

You can submit reports via Help/Send Feedback. I can't force the grabber
below the bottom of the screen, but I see something similar, so I'll
also submit one.
