formula checking if all cells are greater than x

Hi....

i need a formula that asks if cell A1>3 and B1> 3 and c1>3 and D1>3 then
return "ALL", otherwise "No"...in other words if all the cells in A11 are
greather than 3 then "ALL".
anyone?....

=IF(COUNTIF(A11,">3")=4,"All","")

Hi,

If all cells will contain numbers, no blanks and no text then

=IF(MIN(A11)>3,"All","No")

otherwise the slightly modified version of Mike's to match your request:

=IF(COUNTIF(A11,">3")=4,"All","No")
