FOrmula Copy and Paste

[Confused at Work]

OK I have a horse racing game that I am trying to setup. I have over 150
people coming and want my program to go smooth as silk. Trying to save some
time instead of doing one formula for each one, hoping to copy and paste for
all 150 guests names. Thanks

NEED THE FORULA TO UPDATE THE FIRST PART, BUT MAKE REFERENCE TO THE C1 AND

If you have the same formula
=IF(C5=C1,1,0)
in E5, F5, and G5

Then use this instead
=IF(C5=$C1,1,0)

But if you have
=IF(C5=C1,1,0) in E5
and
=IF(C6=C1,1,0) in F5 ...
then use

=IF(INDIRECT("C"&COLUMN())=$C1,1,0)
