Formula - DOB

I need to set up a worksheet with names, dob's and age.
What formula do I use to get the age.

=(NOW()-a1)/365.25

cell A1 = birthdate

this should do what you want if you format it in numbers
with no decimals it will tell the age in years, if you use
decimals it will tell the age in years and fractions of a
year so a number 16.50 = 16 years and 6 months (half a
year)
