Formula for skipping weekends when calculating a due date

How,

I am having a spot of trouble. I am making a data source
for a mail merge. I have a SentDate field and a DueDate
field.

I would like to add two weeks from a sent date (a weekday)
and need some way for the function to add extra days if it
lands on a weekend day (saturday, sunday) so the due date
will be a weekday.

At the moment I am not fussed about public holidays or
holidays.

Most appreciated if someone could help.

Use the WORKDAY function, to wit:

=WORKDAY(date, NumberOfDays)
