FORMULA HELP NEEDED

N

Column A represents clients exited in last FY but needing
followup this year. An X is placed in column A to separate
these clients from current FY clients on the spreadsheet.
Column B represents the number of clients exited
(regardless of reason) in the current fiscal year who
received a credential. The column computes the percentage
of those exited who received a credential at the bottom on
the column.
Column C represents contains various program exit reasons,
such as employment, medical, death, completed services, did
ot complete services, relocated. The bottom of this column
computes the percentage of those who exited with
employment of the total countable exits (for ex.medical is
not included in arriving at the average.)
PROBLEM: How get percentages at column B & C to ignore
clients with X in column A?
